- Merchandise product per Plan-o-gram to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance, and maintain accurate inventory
- Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods and communicate with leadership regarding execution daily
- Must have functioning smartphone and be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a constant state of alertness
- Enjoy working outdoors and have access to reliable transportation
- Enjoy flexible work hours, which may include occasional weekends and holidays
The successful candidate must be able to bend, twist, turn, climb, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
Environmental ConditionsThe candidate must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including wet and dry environments, heat, and cold temperatures.
