Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at MUSC. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to families and patients at the competent level
  • Deliver safe and effective care and interact with other members of the healthcare team
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve desired results
Requirements:
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for most nursing areas within the hospital
