Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee call center resources, performance metrics, and equipment to support recruitment efforts aimed at achieving collection objectives.
2. Develop and execute recruitment strategies while analyzing operational data.
3. Provide guidance and support to volunteers, fostering their development and leadership skills.
4. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and applicable regulations.
5. Set production goals for the call center that align with recruitment and marketing strategies.
6. Monitor departmental progress towards goals and implement corrective actions as necessary.
7. Manage all supervisory functions, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions to maintain a high-performing team.
8. Establish performance standards and individual goals for team members, offering coaching and feedback to drive success.
9. Maintain recruitment equipment and promptly address any issues that arise.
10. Analyze operational data and contribute to the development of overall recruitment strategies.

Position Details:
This role primarily operates remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings. The salary range is competitive, reflecting the geographic location of the position and individual qualifications.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
