KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Superintendent will provide leadership and oversight for daily field operations on assigned projects, ensuring execution aligns with company objectives to enhance profitability.
  • Maintain a secure and safe work environment by conducting safety meetings, investigating incidents, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Offer essential leadership for field operations on projects to foster a unified team alongside project management.
  • Manage field personnel priorities regarding technical skills and staffing to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with the General Superintendent and Project Managers to facilitate local staff hiring, conduct performance evaluations, recommend salary adjustments, and resolve internal personnel matters.
  • Oversee all site construction activities and supervise field personnel to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards, supervise all trades and field personnel, and enforce effective construction safety practices on-site.
  • Execute material take-offs, and manage orders for tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate installations among trades and monitor subcontractor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies by all on-site employees.
  • Schedule equipment deliveries with the General Contractor and arrange periodic inspections by regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure adherence to state, local, and federal legal requirements.
  • Guarantee the quality of work meets corporate standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct staff meetings with Foremen and field personnel to address management issues and enhance safety and productivity.
  • Responsible for managing project financials, including labor, material, and other cost-related budgets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure start-up and commissioning are executed per company and project standards.
  • Assist in coordinating quality assurance for drafting resources and fabrication/manufacturing on the project.
  • Uphold company culture.
  • Implement FIELD Productivity Improvements, ensuring project compliance and quality assurance.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
  • This position is Full-Time and reports to the General Superintendent and Project Manager.
