About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $105,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing CDI audit plans, including concurrent and retrospective reviews of medical records.
  • Designing and delivering training programs for CDI staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in CDI processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Clinical Documentation Proficiency credentialed from the Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists.
  • Experience in healthcare documentation and auditing, preferably in a clinical setting.
