Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, installing LAM OEM equipment, and participating in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize electromechanical skills to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Install LAM OEM equipment and ensure proper functionality.
  • Participate in site safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand and adhere to all site fab protocol requirements.
  • Operate test equipment, including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance, working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Take direction from supervisors and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience on 200mm and 300mm tools.
  • Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintenance Technician skills with experience in resolving tool-related challenges.
  • Previous semiconductor experience is preferred.
  • AS/BS or equivalent military experience.
  • Ability to travel for 6-8 weeks when required.
