Job Title: Print and Copy Services Technician

California Baptist University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Print and Copy Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in digital imaging, scheduling, and producing high-quality prints and copies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Collate, sort, and organize customer orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of customer orders with a focus on timely and efficient service.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
  • Maintain the University's corporate identity and branding standards.
  • Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.
  • Take responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, giving pricing information, and recommending products and services.
  • Manage production flow to ensure all orders are completed on time and to the highest standard.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Demonstrated skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
  • A thorough knowledge of business English and arithmetic, general office methods, procedures, and practices.
  • Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position.
  • Strong organizational and problem-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and function in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
