Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care possible. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring resident vital signs and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a current, valid PA Licensed Practical Nurse license and be authorized to practice in Pennsylvania. You must also be able to perform essential job functions and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances.
