Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting a medically fragile student on a 1:1 basis.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the school district, and upholding the values of ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to a medically fragile student
  • Collaborate with the school district to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with the student, family, and school staff
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check and drug screen
