Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, including personal care homes, schools, and private residences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide healthcare services in educational settings, addressing student health needs.
  • Support students in both school and home settings, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities in a residential care environment.
  • Provide dedicated care to pediatric and elderly clients in their homes, focusing on comfort and safety.
Requirements:
  • Active nursing license in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • One (1) year experience working in a nursing home or personal care setting.
  • Hands-on CPR/First Aid training.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
