Position Overview:

This role is integral to managing the financial operations associated with corporate entities and various holding companies. The successful candidate will oversee the monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis, while also collaborating with external reporting teams to prepare comprehensive financial disclosures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute accounting functions for corporate entities, including detailed reconciliations and financial analysis to support management's presentation of financial outcomes.
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with various departments to minimize variances. Prepare necessary entries as part of the monthly closing cycle.
  • Partner with the Corporate Accounting Manager and team to enhance internal controls, maintain accounting systems, and drive process improvements.
  • Assist the corporate tax department in understanding financial results for accurate tax provisions and returns.
  • Support the external reporting team by preparing and analyzing financial data for external filings.
  • Maintain compliance with Corporate Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and assist in related testing.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities of similar complexity as assigned, which may include consolidations and special projects within the corporate accounting group.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and locations.
  • Experience in recording journal entries and preparing reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interactions with external auditors, treasury, tax teams, and various stakeholders.
