  • Answer incoming calls from customers and financial professionals, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Build relationships with customers by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving to resolve their issues.
  • Provide clear information and guidance to customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Manage a diverse clientele, prioritizing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Emphasize attendance and punctuality, ensuring you are available to support customers during business hours.
  • Support basic Allianz website registration and navigation, helping customers to access our products and services.
  • Research required information using available resources, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service they received.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Computer proficiency skills, with experience using software applications and systems.
  • Process-focused, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Availability to work shift times between 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
  • For 100% remote and hybrid roles, a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 mbps download is required.
