Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail and the presentation of each drink, preparing and managing ingredients according to established recipes, and ensuring a delightful drinking experience for patrons.

• Utilize guests' names during interactions, when known.
• Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests.
• Engage with patrons, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Evaluate guests' preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Combine ingredients to create cocktails following standard operating procedures.
• Design and showcase the bar menu.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach to foster an exceptional experience.
• Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and menu offerings, and accurately respond to guest inquiries.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests, anticipating their needs for an outstanding experience.
• Present menus and offer complimentary beverages in accordance with guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Uphold the integrity of the Bronze Door by exhibiting ethical conduct.

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Proficient in computer usage and point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar area.
• Relevant training certification (TIPS-Alcohol Awareness) is required.
