We are seeking a professional who can showcase their expertise in diverse drink preparations and contribute to our vibrant atmosphere. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail and presentation for each order, crafting and managing ingredients by adhering to established recipes, and ensuring a delightful drinking experience for patrons.

• Welcome guests warmly with eye contact and a friendly demeanor.
• Utilize guests' names during interactions when known.
• Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Evaluate guests' preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Combine ingredients to create cocktails following standard operating procedures.
• Design and present the bar menu effectively.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory as needed.
• Maintain a guest-centric approach to foster an exceptional experience.
• Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
• Possess extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and menu offerings, accurately addressing guest inquiries.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests, anticipating their needs for an outstanding experience.
• Present menus and offer complimentary beverages in accordance with guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Uphold the values of the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group through ethical conduct.

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Comprehensive knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving.
• Proficient in computer systems and point-of-sale operations.
• Positive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar area.
• Relevant training certification (TIPS-Alcohol Awareness) is required.
