Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Bronze Door. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, utilize their name throughout interaction, and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to standard operating procedures.
  • Bar Maintenance: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, as well as computer literacy and P.O.S. knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, as well as computer literacy and P.O.S. knowledge.
  • Attitude and Communication: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Training: Relevant training certificate (TIPS-Alcohol Awareness).
