Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all aspects of client appointments
- Meet sales targets for memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades
- Communicate effectively with clients, massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow sales associates
- Maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment
