Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients, building and maintaining a client base, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Make 25-50 prospecting calls daily to identify new business opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer client inquiries and provide quotes for life insurance policies
- Quote, prepare, and bind life insurance policies to meet client needs
- Achieve or exceed annual production quota of $75,000 in new life insurance sales
- Determine client needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and analyzing existing coverage and investments
- Build and maintain a client base by providing regular reviews and updates on products and services
- Work closely with underwriters and medical vendors to ensure timely and effective processing of client applications
- Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Agent License Required
- 2+ years' experience working in the life insurance industry
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work remotely and exercise independent judgment
- Able to manage tasks in compliance with company policies and operating procedures
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment
- Competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
