We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Operations Director to join our team at PruittHealth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of home health operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including OASIS reporting and patient rights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical managers and business office managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • RN with a minimum of 2 years' practical experience and at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related health services program.
  • Minimum education required: Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred qualifications: Baccalaureate degree in nursing or healthcare administration, experience in administration/management of home health programs.
