Job Title: Home Health Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Administrator to join our team at PruittHealth@Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health branch location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct the ongoing functions of the branch location
  • Assume full-time administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for day-to-day operations, recruitment, and retention, and financial viability of the agency
  • Manage partners in the provision of care and services rendered in accordance with professional standards, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Supervise Clinical Managers (CMs) and Business Office Managers (BOMs)
  • Oversee the reporting of OASIS data, which measures patient outcomes in home health care
  • Ensure patients are informed of their rights and that any complaints or concerns are addressed
  • Oversee comprehensive patient assessments and care plans, ensuring continuous updates and coordination among care providers
  • Ensure coordination of services among all disciplines throughout the care of patient care delivery
  • Lead initiatives to improve the quality of care and ensure regulatory compliance across all regional agencies
  • Ensure infection prevention and control measures are in place
  • Interview, hire, and retain qualified personnel, while providing ongoing performance reviews and guidance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with training and experience in health service administration
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory administrative experience in home health care or a related healthcare program
  • Experience in administration/management of home health programs
  • Familiarity with OASIS, Home Care Home Base, RCD (Review Choice Demonstration), and PDGM (Patient-Driven Groupings Model)
