Job Title: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our team at Nirvana Healthcare. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will provide top-tier mental health counseling services to clients, guiding them through their mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods to address a wide range of mental health issues.
  • Perform detailed assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, ensuring continuous progress toward therapeutic goals.
  • Partner with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Provide patient education and resources to help clients manage their mental health conditions effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LCPC licensure in the state of AK.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, with experience in working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.
