  • Engage with customers during calls to provide updates and insights on the status of their issues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications *

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in PC troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Extensive knowledge of PC hardware, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble devices at the sub-assembly level.
  • Proficient in software-related tasks, such as Windows OS troubleshooting, driver management, and network connectivity.
  • Experience with both wireless and wired connectivity solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Cyber Security principles.

Preferred Skills and Experience *

  • Prior experience with HP PC devices.
  • Familiarity with Python programming.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence technologies.
