Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Sitting: Spend most of the day sitting at a desk.
  2. Handling: Use hands to seize, help, or work with various items.
  3. Lifting: Raise or lower miscellaneous paperwork.
  4. Reaching: Extend hands and arms in any direction.
  5. Vision: Read computer and paperwork.
  6. Stooping: Bend body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist.
  7. Standing: Remain in a standing position if required to perform various job functions.
  8. Talking: Communicate by phone and in person.
  9. Walking and moving about on foot.
