Residential Program Manager Lead

Oaks Integrated Care is a leading provider of residential care services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Residential Program Manager Lead to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

As a Residential Program Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's residential programs in Willingboro, Burlington County, NJ. Our programs provide a structured and safe environment for co-ed adolescents, ages 15-19, with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train group home supervisors and staff to ensure high-quality care and support services are provided to residents;
  • Conduct annual written evaluations of supervisors to assess their performance and provide feedback for growth and development;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents, including progress notes, Individual Treatment Plans, and other required documents;
  • Ensure residents receive necessary medical, dental, and pharmaceutical interventions to meet their health and well-being needs;
  • Implement safety protocols to prevent fire, theft, physical, and verbal abuse, and report incidents to the Director;
  • Supervise residents' finances, including personal needs, allowance, earnings, and banking;
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans to address residents' unique needs and goals;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and other stakeholders to coordinate service delivery and ensure resident satisfaction;
  • Recommend personnel actions to the Director or Executive Management;
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance and upkeep of the facility to meet Division of Developmental Disabilities and Oaks Integrated Care standards;
  • Monitor program budget and statistics to ensure efficient use of resources;
  • Be available to residents and staff on a 24-hour basis to address emergencies and provide support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university;
  • Three years of supervisory experience and relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
  • OR Master's degree with one year of experience working with DD/MH adolescents;
  • Valid driver's license required.
