EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to join our team in Rochester, NY. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our employees by adhering to safety regulations and procedures within our facility.
About the Role:- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and admin staff to ensure a safe work environment.
- Administer proactive measures to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task different tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $63,000 per year.
