**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our multi-family residential community in San Diego, CA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the community, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the apartment community
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of community facilities and grounds
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and budgets

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in apartment community management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI software is an asset
