Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced post-anesthesia care unit. As a post-anesthesia care specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' condition before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • 1+ year of experience as a registered nurse in a post-anesthesia care unit.
  • Ability to work under close supervision occasionally and without assistance from other personnel.
  • Visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate.
