Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in management as an RN and a strong background in progressive care.

  • A base salary of approximately $95,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive medical coverage plan.
