Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist at Iowa ENT Center PLLC, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic testing, evaluation, and treatment for adults and pediatrics. You will work closely with our team of otolaryngologists, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic testing, including immittance testing, comprehensive hearing evaluations, OAEs, VRA, and CPA
- Analyze test results and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Evaluate, consult, fit, and follow-up for cochlear and osseointegrated implants
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Perform documentation and billing responsibilities in a timely manner
Requirements
- Licensed Audiologist (or ability to obtain a license) in the state of Iowa
- Doctorate of Audiology preferred, but Master's degree encouraged to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or eligibility preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with a diverse patient population
- Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
- Work well independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
