About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Johnsonville. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service and support to internal and external customers, acting as a company representative and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Oversee customer orders and shipments, ensuring accurate items, prices, and delivery dates.
  • Communication: Regularly update internal and external customers on order status and any issues, and execute and analyze customer-related reports.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage the escalation of issues within the Customer Service Team and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Perform root cause analysis to understand drivers of order failure and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and meetings, and build collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree achieved or in process, or significant equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in customer service or supply chain preferred.
  • Skills: Strong focus on customer success, creative problem-solving, analytical skills, proficiency in Business Software (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic EDI knowledge a plus.
