**Job Summary**

Community of Hope is seeking a skilled Emotional Wellness Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality emotional wellness services to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Using evidence-based practices, you will provide short-term and long-term psychotherapy services, screening, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • With a focus on prevention, healing, and wellness, you will help patients achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Complete intake and psychosocial assessments for all referred patients following COH protocols.
  • Utilize appropriate screening tools to assess for clinical diagnoses quarterly or more frequently as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for short-term and long-term therapy clients.
  • Monitor client progress through the course of treatment and reevaluate and adapt treatment plans as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • LGSW/LICSW, LGPC/LPC, or comparable license required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in community health center settings preferred.
  • Ability to travel between sites and work evening or weekend hours as needed.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Amharic is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
