About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Owners/guests have a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain villas to the highest standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms.
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Restock guest amenities, such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items, according to company standards.
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
  • Operate housekeeping carts/caddies, transporting supplies and chemicals to rooms and returning them to designated areas at the end of the shift.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Background and drug screening may be required, contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
