Payroll Accountant Opportunity at Oceanic Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team at Oceanic Solutions. As a Payroll Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare payroll for the Hügle Group, including recording of variable time data
  • Prepare reports for health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities
  • Generate employment references
  • Prepare contract documents, request and monitor missing data and information from exit papers
  • Collaborate with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities (job center, chamber of crafts, etc.)
  • Prepare payroll analyses and monthly reports
  • Calculate wage replacement benefits (e.g. maternity benefits, short-time work benefits, etc.), prepare reimbursement applications
  • Support in the area of financial accounting
  • Maintain personnel files - contact person for employees regarding all questions related to payroll
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

A strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures, as well as experience with relevant software and systems, is also essential.
