Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety and compliance with specifications.
- Analyze project requirements to estimate material and labor needs.
- Effectively communicate with architects, clients, county inspectors, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.
- Monitor and record project progress, personnel, and operational data.
- Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 5-7 years of construction supervision experience (Required)
- OSHA training or certification (Preferred)
- Ability to read, comprehend, and explain blueprints to subcontractors.
- Knowledge of building products and material specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management
- Management of personnel resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
