Key Responsibilities:- Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operation of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of surgical services.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility, promoting positive relationships and effective communication.
- Reporting and Compliance: Report pertinent activities concerning the facility to the Governing Board at regular intervals, ensuring compliance with regulatory body and accrediting body standards.
- Staff Management: Manage exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring sound principles of practice and fairness in all aspects of personnel administration.
- Clinical Services: Ensure that surgical programs and clinical services are in compliance with regulatory body and accrediting body standards, working in conjunction with the Medical Director and Medical Executive Committee.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a nursing or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the healthcare field.
- Skills: Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
- Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
