Job Description

As a Center Director, you will be responsible for maximizing student enrollments, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing the performance of your center.

You will work closely with your Director of Education to oversee staff, develop relationships with teachers and administrators, and recruit, train, and manage your center team.

This is a full-time position, and you will be based in one of our learning centers in the San Gabriel Valley.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize student enrollments and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage center performance, including revenue, expenses, and collections
  • Oversee center staff and develop relationships with teachers and administrators
  • Recruit, train, and manage center team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of sales, marketing, and management experience with a strong focus on customer service
  • Prior paid or volunteer experience working with children
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships
  • Drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team
