Job Title: Direct Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to individuals we serve, ensuring their objectives and company goals are achieved.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and ensure our services meet the highest standards.
  • Participate in community outings and house orientation to support new employees and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment to ensure we have the right team in place.
  • Review individuals' progress, coordinate, and implement shift objectives to drive results.
  • Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the Individual Plan (IP) and/or treatment team.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
