Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, or 10 years of work experience in manufacturing programming PLCs.
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC controls and motors and drives.
  • Ability to oversee electrical products, equipment, systems, etc., including design, implementation, maintenance, operational, and safety standards.
  • Prior experience with programming PLCs and developing ladder logic on Rockwell and Siemens S.
  • Solid understanding of PLC communication protocols (Profibus and Profinet preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems resulting from automation, communication, or HMI issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and data acquisition software (IBA/PDA preferred).
  • Willingness to work in both office and field settings.
Your Role

You will be responsible for the automation, training, troubleshooting major failures, software backup, research, development, improvement, and testing of electrical/electronic components, equipment, and systems. You will work closely with production and maintenance personnel, as well as management, to ensure continuous operation and improvement of equipment and processes. You will report to the Maintenance General Foreman.

The annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. Our client will consider a candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, the salaries of current employees in similar roles, and other factors when extending an offer.
