POSITION SUMMARY

ASR Group is seeking a skilled Fuel Transport Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Class B CDL driver's license and have substantial experience in operating fuel transport vehicles. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are crucial to ensure safe operations and prevent any incidents.

Key responsibilities include transporting fuel to multiple operational sites, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of bulk fuel, maintaining accurate delivery logs and inventory records, and performing regular inspections and maintenance on the transport vehicle and fueling apparatus.

Compliance with DOT and OSHA safety standards, as well as adherence to company policies and safety protocols, is essential for maintaining a secure work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal oversight
  • Capability to follow directives and communicate job-related information effectively
  • Maintenance of proper fuel and lubricant inventory
  • Fueling and servicing of equipment
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification within 30 days
  • Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
  • Provision of basic hand tools necessary for job functions
  • Flexibility to work both scheduled and unscheduled hours as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fuel transport
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Valid Class B driver's license with Hazardous Materials endorsement is preferred
SUPERVISORY ROLE
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities
