Job Description

At The Boeing Company, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a difference in the world. As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify product conformance to design requirements
  • Provide objective evidence of results
  • Validate work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform inspections, auditing, surveillance, and monitoring
  • Identify and document discrepancies
  • Segregate and control non-conforming items
  • Preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
  • Conduct product review with customer during product or process verification
  • Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate requests for corrective action
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving and quality inspection
  • 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving and quality inspection
  • 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience identifying, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional work environment
Education and Experience:
  • (Level B) Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate)
  • (Level C) Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.)
Work Environment:

This position is for 1st shift. This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
