The primary role of a Banquet Server is to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Banquet Server position will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and remain on their feet throughout the shift.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
  • Capability to follow verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
