Position Summary: Lil' Kickers Willowbrook is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Youth Programs Manager to lead our summer camps, birthday celebrations, and youth-oriented events. This position demands innovative thinking, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the proficiency to juggle various initiatives concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, organize, and execute youth programs, encompassing summer camps, birthday events, and other special activities.

  • Collaborate with parents, suppliers, and team members to guarantee effective program execution.

  • Establish and oversee budgets for all youth-related initiatives.

  • Recruit, train, and manage program personnel and volunteers.

  • Ensure adherence to safety measures and uphold high standards of program excellence.

  • Market programs through diverse promotional channels.

  • Assess program success and implement enhancements as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Education, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing youth programs.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
