- Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, electric motors, pumps, valves, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyors, and electrical wiring (120/240/480).
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, positive demeanor, energetic, punctual, hardworking, and a collaborative team player.
- Industry Insight: Experience in the food manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: An associate degree or relevant technical certifications in maintenance.
- Advanced Capabilities: Skills in troubleshooting and/or programming PLCs, reading ladder logic, and familiarity with welding, pipefitting, boilers, or HVAC systems are advantageous.
