Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dairy Equipment Specialist to join our team at Leedstone in Melrose, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and service of milk harvesting equipment, including automated milking systems.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and follow documenting processes.
  • Operate vehicles in a safe manner and learn from product manufacturer training.
  • Work in an 'on-call' schedule/rotation and troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to ensure seamless equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Understanding of equipment, including parlors and robotic milking systems.
  • Dairy experience is a requirement.
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license and good driving record.
