Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Middletown, Rhode Island.

As a Speech Therapist with Soliant Health, you will work closely with students and educators to evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational setting
  • Monitor and report student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Rhode Island state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
  • Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
