Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to students in a school-based setting. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students receive targeted support within the classroom environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
