We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls, a pioneering neuro rehabilitation program that offers unparalleled flexibility and creativity in patient care. As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by providing functional rehabilitation in their natural home and community environment.

**Job Overview**

In this role, you will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will also regularly re-assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences, and communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members. Additionally, you will collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders* Regularly re-assess the effectiveness of treatment plans* Attend staffing meetings and family conferences* Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members* Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, current CPR certification, and at least one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. You should also demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury and effective communication skills in verbal and written interactions. Furthermore, you must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform duties requiring fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.

**Compensation and Benefits**
