Position Overview: In the role of Retail Operations Leader, you will be integral to our retail functions, overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing sales and customer interactions while ensuring operational effectiveness, thereby playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving the overall customer journey.
**Applicants must be open to travel while in training, and possible relocation as Manager**
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide your team to meet sales objectives, manage credit accounts, schedule deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure sufficient stock levels to satisfy customer needs.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to present our products attractively.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative workplace, fostering teamwork and employee growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in retail or hospitality management, ideally within the furniture or home furnishings sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid grasp of sales and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in inventory oversight and retail operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000.00 per year
