About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Packing Specialist to join our team at our Louisville manufacturing facility. As a Packing Specialist, you will be responsible for the production of our manufacturing product in partnership with the Machine Operator / Equipment Owner. Your duties will include setting up cartons for packing product, counting and inspecting product to ensure they are not damaged or flawed prior to packing, and making minor adjustments to forming machines to maintain quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up cartons for packing product.
  • Count and inspect product to ensure they are not damaged or flawed prior to packing.
  • Make minor adjustments to forming machines to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Perform basic quality control checks (measuring, weighing, counting, and appearance).
  • Prepare and assist in job change activities.
  • Prepare product for inventory and shipping.
  • Execute and maintain all WSWD procedures and standards.
