Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trades Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our campus facilities. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in technical trades, supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and test all HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems and components throughout campus.
  • Oversee the functionality of commercial kitchen equipment and appliances, athletic pool, elevators, geothermal systems, building management systems, science lab hoods, etc.
  • Assign and/or address daily work orders.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for 1-week every 4-5 weeks.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years work experience in a related field required.
  • 2-3 years HVAC experience required.
  • Supervisory experience (of people and budgets) required.
  • Master plumbing license required.
  • Natural Gas certification required.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection systems.
  • Driver's license - must be able to successfully pass driving record check.
