We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at PIH Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to adult patients. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of California
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • 6 months of experience in respiratory care, with new graduates welcome to apply
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
